About these terms

Pipwove is operated by Dante Langdon. These terms apply to shopping with Pipwove and using this store. Shopify provides the commerce platform; your purchase is from Pipwove. Our Refund policy, Shipping policy, and Privacy policy explain important details about orders and information handling. Please read them before ordering. Products and compatibility

Our phone cases are made to order through third-party production partners. Check the selected phone model and product description carefully. Similar model names do not mean that the cases are interchangeable. Screen colors and product mockups may differ slightly from a physical item; this does not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description.

Product descriptions specify the features offered. We do not promise that a case will prevent every form of damage to a phone. Compatibility with a particular accessory should not be assumed unless stated on the product page. Apple and iPhone are trademarks of their respective owner; Pipwove is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Prices and ordering

Prices are shown in US dollars. Standard shipping within our stated service area is included in the product price; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. The total shown before you pay applies to your order. Price or policy changes apply prospectively and do not change an already accepted order except with your agreement or as required by law.

Please provide accurate order, contact, and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We may need to contact you to resolve an address, availability, payment, or suspected-fraud issue before production. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items as required by law. If we discover a material listing or pricing error, we will explain it and ask whether you wish to proceed at the corrected terms or cancel for a refund. We will not impose a higher price after payment without your agreement.

Production, shipping, changes, and refunds

Order review takes place before production is requested. Production and delivery timing are estimates, as explained in our Shipping policy. Requests to change or cancel an order must be confirmed before the order can be stopped or changed. Our Refund policy explains made-to-order return limitations and help for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. These limitations do not override mandatory rights, including applicable remedies for shipping delays or non-delivery.

Using the website

Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, or misrepresent your identity or payment authority. Product designs, photographs, logos, and other store content belong to their respective rights holders. Access to this website does not give permission to copy or commercially reuse that content except where permitted by law or the rights holder.

Links to third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We aim to keep the store information accurate, but occasional errors or interruptions can occur. Contact us if something appears incorrect.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, responsibility, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No provision requires you to waive rights through your bank or payment provider. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future orders by posting a revised version and date. The terms applicable when you placed an order continue to apply to that order unless you agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.
